Step 1. Shake well then apply 1-2 pumps on damp skin.

Step 2. Rub in a circular motion for 1 minute.

Step 3. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

For best results apply as a morning and night cleanser. We recommend this as the first step in your skincare routine to wash away impurities.

Black Soap: a gentle and natural antibacterial cleanser, that has moisturizing properties that help relieve itchiness and soothe dry skin.

Aloe Vera Hydrosol: tightens pores, soothes, and replenishes moisture in the skin while reducing inflammation and inhibiting fungal activity.

Sea Buckthorn oil: is excellent for reducing acne breakouts, reducing inflammation, preventing future flare ups, helping to fade scars and promote an overall more even and smoother skin texture. THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS NUTS (always test on a small patch of skin)

SABii SKiNCARE currently ships to US, Canada, United Kingdom, and 52 other countries via USPS or UPS for all domestic packages and DHL or USPS for all international packages.

The processing time for orders is 2-10 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. Due to COVID 

Due to COVID-19 only damaged products can be returned/exchanged within 30-days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sabiiskincarellc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping it back. Instructions will be provided on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can request to cancel your order within 3 hours of purchasing your item any order past 4 hours is not eligible for cancelation of refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (not including shipping). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
